All items here are brand new stocks. We do not carry/sell second hand items.

Prices quoted here are subjected to changes without prior notice if we participate in any Fairs/Events/ Bazaars etc.

No cancellation is allow once payment is made.

NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER.

Dead buyer will be blacklisted.

Meet up for self collect is only available upon prior arrangement at Hougang.

For Fisher Price Products, a complimentary FREE delivery will be given to a total purchase of S$250.00 in one order/receipt.

For 'BABIES WEAR' & KIDS WEAR', a complimentary FREE Registered Mail will be given to a total purchase of S$150.00 in one order/receipt.

Any combination purchase on all products by Annevier Baby & Kidz Land, a complimentary FREE delivery will be given to a total purchase of S$200.00 in one order/receipt.

Full payment is require for all orders.

We shall not be responsible for lost mails if Normal postage is chosen by the buyer, therefore Registered mail is strongly recommended.

All confirmations of orders are strictly by EMAIL only!

Upon confirmation of orders, no amendment is allow unless item is OOS.

If item OOS a FULL refund will be made accordingly.

Strictly NO SWAPPING.

Concealed cash is strictly not acceptable for payments.

Payment has to be made within 48hrs once a confirmation email is send to you.

Prices shown are in Singapore Dollars excluding postage/delivery fee otherwise stated.

All products are checked before sending them out. If there is really a problem with our products, please email us within 2 days. We reserve the rights to determine what constitutes as a defective item. Exchange will be considered on a case-to-case basis.

For exchange, the goods are to be returned to us in same conditions as what we sent to you, please be informed that customers have to bear for the shipping costs in sending and returning of items.
